Patrick Walsh was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Town Sports on September 30, 2016. Prior to that he had served as a director since March 24, 2015, Chairman since April 28, 2015 and as Executive Chairman since June 19, 2015. Mr. Walsh is the Chief Executive Officer of PW Partners Atlas Funds, LLC, the general partner of various investment funds, and its affiliates, which he founded in August 2012. From September 2011 through August 2012 , Mr. Walsh was Managing Partner of PW Partners, LLC, an investment firm. From March 2008 through September 2011, Mr. Walsh served as partner at Oak Street Capital Management, LLC, an investment firm. From August 2004 through February 2008, Mr. Walsh was Vice President at Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. He has also served as a director of BJ’s Restaurants, Inc., an owner and operator of casual dining restaurants, since June 2014, as a director of Famous Dave’s of America, Inc., an owner, operator and franchisor of barbecue restaurants, since April 2013, and Del Taco Restaurants, Inc., an owner, operator and franchisor of casual Mexican restaurants since June 2015.
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Spatafora joined Town Sports International in May 2014 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining us, Ms. Spatafora was Chief Financial Officer at Sbarro, LLC, a global Italian restaurants company with approximately 800 locations world-wide, since December 2009. Prior to 2009, Ms. Spatafora served in various roles at Sbarro, including Controller since March 2005. She began her career at KPMG Peat Marwick and later served in various roles at Bayside Federal Savings Bank and Adecco, S.A.
Chief Marketing Officer
Ms. Ryan joined TSI in October 2015 as Chief Marketing Officer. Ms. Ryan previously worked at Juicy Couture where she served at the Vice President of Global Digital and Social Strategy for the last four years. Previously, she worked with brands such as Armani Exchange, DKNY, Calvin Klein and Guess. Ms. Ryan has a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University, and a solid experience leading the development and execution of global marketing and digital solutions across all mediums and channels. She is a transformational and innovative leader with keen ability to build brands.
Senior Vice President, Shared Services and Controller
Nitin joined Town Sports in November 2008 as the Director of Accounting and was appointed Senior Director of Accounting in August 2009, Vice President of Accounting in September 2010 and Senior Vice President, Shared Services and Controller in May 2014. Prior to joining Town Sports, Nitin worked for Schenker Inc for the last ten years as Director of Business Support Services. He was responsible for financial reporting and analysis including audits, taxes, budget, KPI and manager reporting. His second portfolio included financial systems (SAP) and all inbound and outbound interfaces and links to various technologies like Oracle, Concur, IXOS, Kronos, and ADP and legacy operational systems. In his third portfolio, he headed administration departments of purchasing, payroll, travel and customer and vendor information systems. Nitin holds an MBA in Finance and MIS from Drexel University.

Kelley has been in the sales and fitness industry for more than 16 years. Kelley joined Town Sports International in 1997 as a Membership Consultant and quickly developed as part of the sales management team. Prior to being promoted in 2001 to Senior Director of Sales, she worked in TSI's Boston, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C. markets as an Area Sales Manager and Regional Director. Kelley holds a Bachelor's Degree from State University of New York at Oneonta.

Mr. Derleth joined Town Sports International in 1994 as Regional Director of Operations. He has held several positions within the organization, primarily in Operations. He was appointed to his current role in 2003. Mr. Derleth holds a Bachelor of Science from Springfield College. Prior to joining Town Sports International Mr. Derleth held positions in Sales, Customer Service and operations for Cardio-Fitness Corporation and Doral Hotels & Resorts.

Ms. Ramos joined TSI in May 2010 as Sr. Director of Human Resources. She was promoted to VP, Field HR in June 2015 and became head of HR at the end of December 2015. Ms. Ramos previously worked at H&M where she served as the Country HR Manager overseeing the recruitment, training and development and retention of staff, along with overseeing all company employee relations, benefits and compensation, during that retailer’s extensive expansion in the U.S Ms. Ramos was there for 5 years. Prior to that, Ms. Ramos worked for the GAP brand in NYC and for Yum! Brands as the Country HR Manager for the international division in Mexico. Ms. Ramos has a Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Employment Law from Syracuse University. Ms. Ramos is a strategic and business-centered HR professional who connects people initiatives to the attainment of key company performance metrics.
Vice President of Finance
Kieran started with Town Sports in September 2006 as the Director of Financial Reporting and was appointed Vice President of Finance in September 2011. Prior to joining Town Sports, Kieran had over 10 years of accounting experience in both the public and private practice, including the entertainment, publishing, private equity and manufacturing industries. She began her career in the assurance practice at Arthur Andersen, LLP. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairfield University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the States of Connecticut and New York.
